DEDICATED TO

SERVICE

In 1951, a group of Franklin Township residents met in the living room of a family farmhouse and discussed the need for a volunteer fire department. Since that day, we have proudly built a legacy of community-driven emergency services in northern Richland County.

As first responders to fires, medical emergencies, disasters and public service needs, Franklin Township Fire Department protects the lives and property of township residents and visitors. FTFD advances public safety and knowledge through its fire prevention, investigation and education programs. Your support allows FTFD to continue making significant contributions to the safety of Franklin, Weller and Butler townships, as well as EMA and homeland security efforts.
